Parent / Guardian Notice (required by COPPA)
ImagineBuddies is a phone-call service for children ages 3–8. We collect your mobile number to verify your identity and let your child call our characters. We do not collect your child's name, age, or phone number unless you add them in your dashboard.
What we store: call date, character chosen, call duration, and — for paid accounts — a short list of topics the child mentioned (e.g., "loves dinosaurs"). We never store raw call recordings or transcripts on any plan.
Your rights: You can review, delete, or stop further collection of your child's information at any time by emailing
support@imaginebuddies.com or writing to Sueoka Ventures LLC dba ImagineBuddies, 600 Moulton Ave #102B, Los Angeles, CA 90041.
By checking the box below you give verifiable parental consent under COPPA (15 U.S.C. § 6501) for your child to use this service.
